Is RingDue a WhatsApp bot or an app?+
RingDue is a WhatsApp integration paired with phone call technology. You use WhatsApp to set up reminders, and then RingDue calls you with the reminder at the scheduled time. No separate app needed.
Why phone calls instead of notifications?+
Phone calls are harder to miss than normal notifications. Notifications are easy to swipe away or lose in a stack. For important reminders, a real call creates stronger interruption.
Can I use Hindi or Hinglish?+
Yes! RingDue understands Hindi, Hinglish, and English naturally. You can say "Kal 8 baje gym" or "Call me tomorrow for my appointment" – both work perfectly.
Can I send voice notes?+
Voice note support is coming in beta soon. Right now, you can send text messages or speak naturally through WhatsApp chat, and RingDue will understand.
Can I set recurring reminders?+
Absolutely. You can set weekly reminders (like "every Monday for medicine"), daily routines, or custom patterns. Just tell RingDue naturally, like "remind me every Sunday for grocery shopping."
Can RingDue call someone else if I miss the call?+
Yes, that's our "backup escalation" feature. You can set a backup contact, and if you don't answer the first call, RingDue can automatically call them instead. Useful for caregivers or family members.
Does RingDue work with Google Calendar?+
Yes, RingDue can sync with your Google Calendar and give you reminder calls before your meetings. You can set it to call 15 minutes before, 30 minutes before, or any time you need.
Can my business use RingDue?+
Yes! We have a Business plan designed for gyms, clinics, coaching centers, tutors, and service businesses. You can upload customer lists and set up automated reminder campaigns. Currently in private beta.
Can I stop RingDue calls anytime?+
Completely. You can cancel individual reminders, pause all reminders with STOP, or resume with START. It's all through WhatsApp chat, so you're in full control.
