RingDue is for personal reminders created or approved by users. It is not a marketing-call, bulk-calling, or outreach platform.

Allowed use

  • Personal reminder calls for tasks, medicines, meetings, appointments, classes, bills, and family responsibilities.
  • Reminders for the verified user or people who have explicitly opted in.
  • WhatsApp, website, app, and calendar reminders created by or approved by users.

Not allowed

  • Marketing calls, promotional campaigns, bulk calls, spam, or lead generation.
  • Political campaigns, harassment, fraud, abusive reminders, or unsolicited calls.
  • Calling people who have not explicitly opted in to receive reminder calls.
  • Attempts to bypass rate limits, phone verification, consent checks, or safety controls.

Trust and control

Reminder calls should stay personal and intentional.

User-created reminders only

RingDue calls for reminders users create or explicitly approve.

Opt-in reminder calls

Phone calls are tied to verified, opt-in personal reminder workflows.

Disable calls anytime

Users can cancel reminders, pause calls, and request account deletion.

Account limits and enforcement

RingDue may limit, pause, review, or disable accounts that misuse reminder calls, create unwanted calls, or violate these acceptable use rules.
