Use this page to request deletion of your RingDue account, reminder data, and connected-service records.

How to request deletion
Email hello@ringdue.com with the subject "Delete RingDue account". Include the phone number connected to RingDue and, if applicable, the WhatsApp number you used for setup.
We may verify the request by replying to the associated email, WhatsApp chat, or phone number before deleting account data.
What we delete
- Your RingDue user profile and verified phone record.
- Active and scheduled reminders.
- Reminder drafts, WhatsApp reminder-management data, and connected calendar records stored by RingDue.
- Backup contact details you added.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, provider dispute handling, financial records, or service integrity. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or security review.
Immediate call opt-out
If you only want to stop calls while the deletion request is processed, send STOP in WhatsApp or email hello@ringdue.com.
