Terms of Service

RingDue is a personal reminder service. You can create reminders through WhatsApp, the app, or connected calendar workflows, and RingDue may call your verified phone number at the scheduled time.

You must verify your phone number and consent before RingDue places reminder calls. You are responsible for the phone numbers and backup contacts you add. Do not add a number unless you have permission to use it for reminders.

• Send STOP in WhatsApp to pause reminder calls and messages.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile provider.
• Reminder calls are user-initiated reminders, not marketing calls.

RingDue is not an emergency, medical, safety, or life-critical service. Do not rely on RingDue as your only reminder for urgent health, safety, legal, financial, or emergency matters.

Plan limits, call credits, prices, and features may change during beta. Each outbound reminder call, retry call, and backup escalation call may use a call credit. Enterprise plans may have custom limits and terms.

• Do not use RingDue for spam, harassment, fraud, marketing blasts, or unauthorized calls.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, verification, consent, or provider controls.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes another person's rights.

RingDue depends on telecommunications networks, WhatsApp, calendar providers, cloud services, and your device availability. We work to make reminders reliable, but we do not guarantee that every call, message, or reminder will be delivered at an exact time.

You can request deletion of your RingDue account and associated reminder data at /delete-account or by emailing hello@ringdue.com.
