Contact support
Email hello@ringdue.com for support. Include the phone number linked to RingDue, the reminder time, and a short description of the issue. Do not include sensitive medical, financial, or password information.
Common requests
- Reminder did not call at the expected time.
- WhatsApp setup or verification did not complete.
- A voice note or message was misunderstood.
- Google Calendar did not sync an event.
- Billing, plan, or call-credit questions.
- Privacy, export, or deletion requests.
Stop calls
Send STOP in WhatsApp to pause RingDue calls and messages. You can also contact hello@ringdue.com if you need help stopping calls or removing a phone number.
